When we had our first child, just over two years ago, I struggled to find information on getting him started in the pool.  When to start, what floats to use, and most importantly which swim nappies to use. 

This site was set up and is run by me to help other parents with the dilemnas that I went through.  I’ve tried to provide useful information to help answer any questions, and I post regular news stories on the site on everything from the latest advice on swimming, to child psychology when it comes to the water.  If you have any questions then please leave a comment under the story and I will reply just as soon as I can. 

This has become an authority site, which is to say that much of the information here is not available anywhere else.
