If you want your baby to enjoy their experience in the water, while at the same time you can relax about containing any embarrassing little leaks, then you need to select the right size and material.
Most swim nappies are disposable, and personally I find these the easiest nappy to handle with my little boy. These BEMA disposable nappies are amazing value. With a swim nappy it is important that the elastic is secure and that there are rubber linings in the legs so that the nappy is watertight. Although the BEMA nappies are great value, they are not suited to long periods in the water. For that you should choose a slightly more upmarket range.
For a higher quality swim nappy when you are teaching your baby to swim I generally choose the Konfidence range. They cost a little more, at nearer £8, but if you purchase them on Amazon you can save 20-30% on the usual price. This range is very secure with an adjustable velcro sash and releasable poppers.
